Abstract
This paper is based on the practice of Hangzhou Beyond View Apartment (a Sample Apartment of Excellent Performance in the implementation of energy efficiency). It adopts the PBECA software in the en- ergy efficiency calculations and evaluations of representative buildings of the sample apartment. It gets the real calculation results which are subject to different thermal performances of the energy efficiency material in both the design stage and acceptance stage. These results are combined with on-the-spot solid testing results to get a comprehensive conclusion about the energy efficiency effects and rates of the residential buildings in different construction stages. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions on the current energy efficiency for the resi- dential buildings in Hangzhou.
