Abstract
In this paper,based on the practice of Hangzhou Beyond View Apartment,a sample apartment of excellent performance in the implementation of energy efficiency,the energy efficiency design and the related construction of the project for residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone were studied.Firstly,the software of PBECA was adopted to calculate the energy efficiency and evaluate the comprehensive energy efficiency of the sample apartment,also different energy efficiency effects during different periods were presented.Secondly,several energy-saving technology systems for building envelope were creatively applied in this project and a comparison study was given out.Thirdly,65% energy efficiency design standard for residential buildings were discussed,and the on-the-spot surveys about the coefficient of heat transfer for building envelope in summer and winter were carried out.Besides,the experimental work of the external sunshade system and the solar water heating system were preformed.Finally,it was suggested that the problems in the energy efficiency calculation software should be concerned,and for residential building envelope in Hangzhou,a suitable set of energy efficiency technologies was presented.
