The observation of the pharmacodynamic comparison for Tongxinluo and dimensional Naoluotong in the clinical treatment of angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the clinical effect for Tongxinluo and dimensional Naoluotong in the clinical treatment of angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.A group was of 82 cases,and 88 cases were in group B,making it comparable.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment and care.On the basis of it,group A was treated with the dimension of Naoluotong oral piece.Group B was given with Tongxinluo oral capsule.The angina pectoris,the improving situation of ECG,and hyperlipidemia before and after the treatment was taken for comparison and evaluation.Results The angina symptoms respectively 55.68% and 94.32% of group B eased significantly,it was significantly higher than group A.The ECG with 52.27% and 88.64% in group B significantly improved,it was significantly higher than group A.After the treatment of patients,the TC,TG,LDL-C in group B was significantly decreased,HDL-C was significantly higher.Compared to pre-treatment and after treatment at the same group,group A was significantly different.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The did not change significantly compared with before treatment in group A,and there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to victoria of Naoluotong,the implementation of Tongxinluo capsule oral treatment with angina pectoris can make more obvious effect,and effectively relieve symptoms effectively to adjust blood lipids,and take treatment according to its risk factors.
