Effect observation of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases of each.The control group received routine treatment with western medicine,the treatment group based on the control group was added Tongxinluo capsule.The clinical efficacy and change situation of blood lipid were observed.Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris efficacy of the treatment group was 93.3% higher than 80.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram efficacy of the treatment group was 86.7% higher than 76.7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The serum total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of the treatment group after treatment were respectively lower than those before treatment and of the control group,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of which after treatment was higher than that before treatment and of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).There were no statistically significance between the TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-C of the control group before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Based on routine treatment with western medicine,treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was added Tongxinluo capsule,which can improve the condition obviously and has no obvious adverse reaction,so it is worth clinical popularizing and application.
