Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety.of budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods By order of admission,120 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n = 60).The observation group were given the nasal spray into the spray, spray each 2,1 times / d;control group were given triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray was sprayed into the nasal cavity, each 2 spray,2 times / d;two groups of treatment are 4 weeks. Results In observation group, the total effective rate was 94.7% and in the control group, the total effective rate was 81.5%,the difference was significant between the groups(P0.05),the observation group of adverse reactions was 12.9% and control group was 13.4%,group no significant difference(P0.05). Conclusions Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant, has rapid onset and few side effects, easy to use,can be widely used.
