Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of aller-gic rhinitis. Methods Selecting 90 cases of allergic rhinitis patients in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group used Yupingfeng granules combined with budesonide nasal spray. The control group only used budesonide nasal spray. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The score of the observation group was(9.1 ± 0.38) which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78% which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significantly clinical effect and less clinical complications, helps to improve the quality of life of the patients, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
