A Study on how Environment and Resources Protection Law shall Be Applied to the Criminal Law

The item of contaminating environment and resources was added into the newly-issued Criminal Law, which is a symbol that the construction of national environment and resources protection law is getting perfection, and then some problems on how to apply the environmental law into the criminal law had to be thought about. In this paper, the way of the application of environmental law into the criminal law, the features of the newly-issued criminal law and take-over from old criminal law to new criminal law were primarily discussed, and some proposals about the above problems were put forward.
