Analysis of the Nature of Private International Law in the Perspective of Its Development Process

The paper introduces their main ideas,reanalyses the nature of private international law from the perspective of the development process of private international law and comes to the conclusion that it was initially domestic law,then gradually possessed the elements of international law still with domestic law as the part and its factors of international law will become more and more with the future development.
