Abstract
The effects of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP) treatment on cold storage of Dangshansu pears with different maturity were studied. The results showed that the treatment of 1.0 μg·L-1 significantly inhibited the respiration rate and ethylene(C2H4) production rate, and postponed the climacteric time for ethylene and respiration,1-MCP treatment also delayed the loss of firmness and titratable acid(TA) content, maintained the content of soluble solid(TSS) of the pears, and inhibited the increase of Malondialdehyde(MDA) content and membrane relative permeability.1-MCP treatment had obvious keeping-fresh effect.Effects of 1-MCP treatment on pear storage of different harvest are obviously different.however, the fruits of harvest Ⅰhas more obvious effects.
