Abstract

EPC is a kind of multistage control mode,the general contractor of which is responsible for the engineering design,controlling the quality of concrete,and the construction enterprises are responsible for the overall control of the project. At present,with the continuous development of social economy,the social division of labor has become more detailed,adopting EPC mode of construction and management has a positive role in promoting quality and improving construction efficiency.
