On the management of power generation project under the mode of EPC

This paper introduces the concept and meaning of EPC,discusses the management of power generation project under EPC mode taking Shendong Baode coal gangue power station as an example,illustrates the risk and responsibility of EPC project,and points out that implementing general contracting of engineering and construction project management is the important measure to deepen the reform of construction project planning and implementing pattern,increase engineering construction management level and ensure the engineering quality.
