An Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Acupoint Injection of Vit B1,Vit B12 for Maternal Gastrointestinal Function After Cesarean Section

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of Vit B1,Vit B12 for maternal gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods: 300 cases of maternal after cesarean section were randomly divided into three groups: acupoint injection of vitamins B1,B12 group( treatment group( A)); acupoint injection of equal amount saline group( treatment group( B)) and no jection( control group,with 100 cases in each group. Treatment group A were given acupoint injection of vitamins B1 / B12 daily for three days post-operation,in addition to conventional treatment Treatment group B were given equalamount of normal saline acupoint injection in addition to conventional treatment; The control group were given the conventional treatment alone.We recorded the bowel sounds recovery time,anus exhaust time and abdominal distension. SPSS16. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: The bowel sound recovery time,anus exhaust time were significantly shortened in the treatment group The incidence of abdominal distension was significantly lower( P 0. 05). Conclusion:Acupoint injection of vitamins B1 / B12 can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.
