Abstract
Objective To observe the intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 combined with acupoint pressing on clinical effect on anal exhaust after cesarean section. Methods One hundred cases with cesarean operation from 2013 May to 2014 August were selected and randomly divided into observation and control groups. The subjects in control group were intramuscularly injected vitamin B1, the subjexts in observation group were the combined with acupoint massage, anal exhaust contrast two groups after operation. Results The observation group appeared for the first time of bowel sound time, anus exhaust time, for the first time, eating time and start breast-feeding timeshortened significantly, flatulence occurred significantly reduced, compared to the control group, P0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The cesarean section parturientsintramuscular injection of vitamin B1 combined with acupoint massage, can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and postoperative anal exhaust, reduce complications, and has good clinical effect.
