Clinical Study of Yishentongyujiangzhuo Decoction on Cases of Chest-Bi with Kidney Deficiency and Blockage of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Yishentongyujiangzhuo Decoction on chest-bi with kidney deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:60 cases of chest-bi with kidney deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in treatment group were treated with Yishentongyujiangzhuo Decoction,and 15 patients in control group were treated by Tongxin luo Capsule.The treatment was given for 4 weeks.Their clinical therapeutic effects were investigated and compared.Results:The treatment group was significantly prior to the control group in symptoms improvement,the effective rate,ECG improvement and the effect of lowering blood fat.Conclusion:Yishentongyujiangzhuo Decoction has better therapeutic effect in treating chest-bi with kidney deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and Yishentongyujiangzhuo Decoction has no toxic and side effects.
