Abstract
The treatment of α-naphthalenamin wastewater by iron-carbon internal electrolysis is studied. The influences of the original concentration of solution, the original pH value, the residence time, the mass ratio of iron to carbon and the iron particle size on the treatment effect are studied, and the optimum technology conditions are obtained. The results show that the iron-carbon internal electrolysis can be applied to treat α-naphthalenamin wastewater of lower concentration, and when the pH value of the solution is 2.5,the reaction time is 90 min,the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 5∶1,and the iron particle size is 0.6 mm(30 meshes),the degradation rate of α-naphthalenamin reaches 93.2%,and the total carbon removal rate reaches 82.4%.
