Abstract

In order to control Curvularia lunata, the effects of nutritional condition and preserving condition on the growth and pathogenicity were studied. The results showed that carbon and nitrogen source both had effects on growth of mycelium, the optimum carbon source was polysaccharide and the optimum nitrogen source was organic nitrogen. The vitality of Curvularia lunata was stronger, the rate of spore germination was related with saving time of germs and pathogen condition. There was no obvious relationship between occurrence degrees of Curvularialeaf spot and saving time which explained different pathogenicity in different strains of different years.
