Abstract
One-hundred metres' sprint is a speedy item.In order to spur the highest speed of human being,the first important thing is to acquire the correct skill of sprint.With the development of science and technology,and the invention of plastic racetracks,the modern skill of sprint has further improvement,which brings about new understandings and explorations to theories of sprint skills.Stepping backward has been no longer the decisive factor in the course of running.The wiggling legs stepping forward and backward actively is the key to accelerating the speed of sprint.As is proved by practice,the adoption of necessary,specialized and auxiliary training can effectively improve the skill of wiggling legs stepping forward and backward,so as to enhance the grade of one-hundred metres' sprint.
