Abstract

People have put forward to strengthen the striding skill in modern advanced sprint training. The key point of sprint skill has changed from driving to kick and the training methods have made corresponding changes. The paper has put forward some methods to improving the striding skill by analysis. In order to bring about a striking effect of driving, speed cadence, increasing stride length, and the objective to raise results will be attained.
