The innovation pays attention to intergral unlifting, emphasizes the function of certain platform, meanwhile focuses on compose and configuration, Stresses humanistic concerning for and social, economic, and ecological benefits in order to maintain them harmonious development, therefore, we should begin with paradigm of engineering in order to observe and study, promote innovation.
