Financial globalization has been promoting the capital redistribution all over the world. On the one hand, it can make the economy of the developed countries like the European countries or America prosperous, on the other hand, it can make the developing countries especially the emerging market economy countries obtain necessary capital, thus giving impetus to the region or the world economy. The world economy can't develop without the promotion of financial globalization . Nevertheless, -financial globalization can bring various risks and disasters as well as benefits to the world especially the developing countries. Therefore, under the condition of financial Globalization, China must practice the financial control policy and the financial open policy in the meanwhile.
