Abstract
The fragility of Global Financial System rooted in the extreme enlargement of financial economy which is divorced from substantial economy. The panic achieves its legitimacy from itself. Also, the developing countries become weaker to counterbalance this panic under the double-standard regime. With the development of financial globalization, when financial crisis happens in some country, the destructive influences will proliferate into other countries, and which will also plunge the developing countries into systematic risk.
