Abstract
The traditional filial piety culture is the foundation of China's traditional culture.This paper briefly introduces the main contents of filial piety and analyzes its essence and dross,provides several approaches to promote contemporary filial piety from the three aspects of classroom learning,community activities and the Internet,hoping to bring the important role of filial piety in the process of construction of social harmony into play.
