Abstract
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Fuyanxiao capsules(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Linderae, Cortex Moutan, etc.).Method : Radix et Rhizoma Rhea, Radix Linderae were indentified by TLC,Paeoniflorin content of Cortex Moutan was determined by HPLC. Result : TLC spot developed were fairly clear. The HPLC showed good repeatability. The average recovery was 97.19%, RSD=1.05%. Conclusion: The standard can be used to control the product's quality effectively.
