Abstract

Seven microelements,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Al,B and Sr in andrographolide were extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into water-soluble and suspension state by 0.45 μm filtering membrance;Water-soluble state was further divided into organic state and inorganic state by LSA-10 macroporous absorption resin; These elements in water-soluble test samples were divided into alcohol-soluble and water-soluble by adopting n-octanol-water allocation system in the gastric and intestine of the human body. The contents of all states were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that extractive rates of the seven microelements in andrographolide were in the range of 16.1%~83.8%.The ratio of water-soluble state in aqueous solution of andrographolide was in the range of 10.8%~92.5%.The recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 96.8%~105.4% with relative standard deviation below 1.7%.
