Abstract

The eight elements,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cr,Cu,Zn, Ni and Co,in Rhodiola saccharinensis were extracted based on traditional analytical Flowchart program and separated into water-soluble state and suspension state by microporous filtering film.Water-soluble state was divided into organic state and inorganic state based on macroporous adsorption resin. The elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry(ICP-MS). The veracity of analytical results were validated with CRM's under the same conditions. The results show extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 25.11%~73.59%,and immerse-residue ratio in 0.389~2.86,adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the range 25.87%~62.93%.The ratio of inorganic state of Cu and Zn was higher than inorganic state in water-soluble state. The recoveries of the elements were ranged from 93.96%~106.28% and relative standard deviations were less than 2.66%.
