Abstract

The new medical reform highlights adhering to the public welfare of public health and to medical services.Hospital,as a main part of the public health service system,how to return its public welfare has become an unavoidable issue in the reform of hospital management and operation mode.This paper analyzes the performance and causes of the absence of hospitals' dilution of commonweal in China,in order to find the approaches of regression of the public welfare during the medical reform.
