Abstract
New local colleges should adapt to the personnel training requirements in economic construction and social development.For the problems in the process of computer professional personnel training and the own characteristics of new local colleges,this paper has expounded that combination of production, learning and research is an important way to train application-oriented personnel in computer major and analysed the problems in combination of production, learning and research of new local undergraduate colleges and diacussed the effective ways in carrying out the education of combination of production, learning and research in computer major of new local undergraduate colleges.
