This paper analyzed the resource potential and existing problems through expounding current situation of developing deserticuiture in the northeastern margin area of Ulan Buh desert,and made discussion on key development fields of developing deserticuiture in Ulan Buh desert,and put forward necessary safeguard measures of developing deserticuiture.
