Abstract

In the Song Dynasty,royal painting and literary painting have the dominance of all kinds of paintings,but genre-painting is more popular,because it represents vividly people's customs,habits,and life style.Through genre-painting of the Song dynasty,we can have a clearer understanding of the urban landscape and cultural customs of the Song Dynasty.
