Talking about the Cultivation of Subject Librarian in University Library

This paper discusses the main responsibilities of subject librarians, analyzes the current qualities and abilities of the subject librarians, and in the light of some existing problems, points out that university library should strengthen the cultivation of the subject librarians with various methods and promote the transformation of the subject librarians to the expert-type ones.
