Clinical Research of Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction in Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

Objective :To discuss the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction in treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods :According to the random number table,80 cases of patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction,and the control group was treated with Western medicine colchicine and Etoricoxib tablets orally. Results :The degree of pain improvement and the clinicalefficacy of the treatment group(31 cases markedly improved,9 cases effective)was significantly better than that of the control group(12 cases markedly improved,28 cases effective). Conclusion :Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction can warm yang and dispel damp as well as eliminate swelling and relieve pain for treating gouty arthritis.
