Present Situation of Exploitation and Utilization of Groundwater in the Chemical Foundation of Energy in North of Shaanxi

The article is based on distribution,the present situation,variation of the utilization amount of groundwater resources in the Shaanbei energy chemical industry foundation and influence of the foundation construction on groundwater,which shows the groundwater exploitation this foundation is limited.In view of water-supplying and utilization structure,the water for industry is low proportion.In view of space distribution of groundwater utilization,it is consistent with the space distribution and space of exploitation and utilization of the energy resources.The exploitation and utilization of the energy resources not only consume groundwater but also destroy the groundwater system,while seriously pollute the groundwater.Following development of the basement construction,the requirement of the groundwater resources is more and more,so the comprehensive measures of adjusting water-used structure,water saving,protecting and controlling are carried out in order to high effective utilization and protection of water resources and realize the sustainable development of the basement.
