Abstract
Based on the field data and collected information in recent years, an analysis is given to the topography, constitution, the characteristic of stratum, the storage of groundwater capacity, the natural replenishment capacity, the permitted exploitation capacity, and the distribution of wells. Taking the character of groundwater resources into consideration, some countermeasures for reasonable utilization and optimal allocation of groundwater resources are proposed, such as the united management of groundwater resources, the reduction of water consumption, the improvement of water resources utilization efficiency and the replenishment capacity of precipitation infiltration.
