Analysis and Countermeasures of the Chinese Supervision System of Forestry Policy

This article elaborates the development of our country's forest policy supervision system in terms of policy formulation and policy supervision's connotation.It elaborates the system's defects in the power of government,the legislative work,the social supervision and the way of supervision,which should be improved by involving relevant multi-parties in the formulation of forestry policies,establishing a legal supervision system and adopting an open public supervision over the enforcement.
