Abstract
Objective:To compare efficacy and side effects of two citalopram in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods:80 patients meeting depression criterion in CCMD-3 were simdomly divided into group A(xipumiao) and group B(xitaile),and observed for 8 weeks.Results: Two groups have significant changes in symptoms,but no differences in efficacy and side effects was found between two groups except great efficacy in sleep of group B in second weekend.Conclusions: The efficacy of two citalopram in the treatment of depressive patients is good.
