Abstract

The 21st century is the most compete age. The national power depends upon the quantity of the talent personnel. The higher professional education bears the main task to cultivate the middle or senior skilled personnel. So it is necessary to develop the teachers' leading role and make the aims the plans to cultivate the students' innovation consciousness and innovation ability.
