Abstract
Objective:To study the effect and safety of intravenous anesthesia with propofol during in gastroscopy out-patient clinic.Methods:100 patient were randomly divided into two groups : the patients in group A were given propofol by intravenous injection;the patients in group C were given surface anesthesia.Observe the reaction and adverse reaction during the operation and postoperation.Results:It is fewer of the incidence rate of adverse reaction(p0.01)and anginal rate(p0.05) in group A,it is highly of the accepted by the patient(98%).The breath and circulation in group A is more steadily than group B during the operation.Conclusions: It is safety and utility with intravenous anesthesia with propofol during in gastroscopy out-patient clinic.It is fast of the clear-headed for the patients.The patients and doctors'satisfactory are highly increased.
