Research on Animal Husbandry Development in Henan Province

The animal husbandry of Henan province occupies a great proportion of national market,but the main output,breeding stock of livestock products and slaughtered fattened livestock products have decreased in recent years.Meanwhile,the proportion of the main index concerning animal husbandry also fell.With the analysis of the current status,problems,advantages andopportunities about the animal husbandry of Henan province under the development background of Central Plains Economic Zone,this paper put forward several advices about how to improveHenan's animal husbandry,such as increasing the efficiency of livestock breeding,improving the systems of animal vaccine and stock breeding,strengthening pollution management of livestock andpoultry,and developing livestock products processing industry.
