Promoting Scale Livestock Breeding and Enhancing Developmental Level of Animal Husbandry-Taking Example for Livestock Breeding in Jiangsu Province

Developing scale breeding and transforming productive patterns of livestock are the essential precondition to promote construction of modern animal husbandry.The developing patterns and experiences of animal husbandry in developed countries,the status quo and characteristics of scale livestock breeding in China and Jiangsu province were reviewed at first.Then,the strategies in policies and market impetus and the requirements for technical advance were analyzed to enhance quality of scale livestock breeding in Jiangsu province.
