Abstract
The process of electroless plating mental of Ni-P on the surface of diamond is investigated in this paper. The results are identified by means of X-ray diffraction. The results are described as follows: The Ni-P coating with high P content is non-crystal before heat treatment. The interface reaction doesn't happen between the Ni-P coating and the diamond. The morphology of plated diamond and the interface of plating layer and diamond are examined by SEM. A good combination exists between them. Finally, the solution ingredient and technology of electroless plating are investigated in this paper.
