Abstract

Electroless Ni-P plating on diamond surface was studied.The formulation and process flow of electroless Ni-P plating were presented.The test results show that the diamond after Ni-P plating has silver white color and metallic luster.The deposit is compact and even,and has good adhesion.The deposit is non-crystal before heat treatment and has crystal structure after heat treatment with a phase composition of Ni_3P and Ni.
