In September 2005,at the UN Assembly in New York,President Hu Jintao formally put forward the new diplomatic concept of harmonious world.After that,China's diplomatic activities are all carried out around the construction of a harmonious world.In recent years,reflecting on Sino—Africa relationship,on practicing the new diplomatic concept of harmonious world,China has gained great achievements in politics,economy,culture and other respects.But in reality,some of the views and questions need to be clarified urgently.
