China in the Construction Diplomatic Effort and Challenges in "the Harmonious World"

During past thirty years since China has adopted reform and open policy,it developed rapidly which brought certain restless to some countries in world and even they press words of Deterrence.In 2005,President Hu Jintao at United Nations 60th anniversary congress proposed world idea.The new idea expressed Chinese diplomacy sincerity.For several years diplomatic achievement is remarkable in process of the harmonious world.But as a result of social system's difference and existence of civilized conflict,the road of harmonious world will not be smooth,full of challenges.
