Abstract

Chinese government encourages individually-run enterprises to take part in mineral resource commercial prospecting and exploitation.This brings the opportunities of reform and development to geological and prospecting enterprises,and influences and challenges as well to geological and prospecting enterprises.The author thinks that geological and prospecting enterprises should catch these opportunities and expedite the reform of investment system,property relations,employment system and distribution system and etc in order to meet the challenge of individually-run enterprises in mineral resource prospecting and development.
