Fostering Innovation Concept and Improving the Quality of Geological and Prospecting Economy Operation

Abstract

The paper analyses the different opinions on innovation theory in China and abroad. In light of reform and development situation of geological and prospecting units and innovation practice implemented in some geological and prospecting units of Shanxi Provincial Geological and Mineral Resource Bureau, then the paper discusses the significance and role of technology innovation and institution innovation in improving operation quality of geological and prospecting economy. At last it puts forward proposals for matters needing attention.
