The view is wrong that The First National Congress of CPC is the foundation date of Chinese Communist Party.The early Party organization of Shanghai built in 1920 directed other early Party organization of China by the Chinese Communist Party Creed and sending letters.Comintern began to guide Chinese Communist Party in practice in 1920.Before The First National Congress of CPC Chinese Communist Party had existed,and The First National Congress of CPC wasn't the foundation party of Chinese Communist Party.Chinese Communist Party should be founded in 1920.
