Cesarean scar pregnancy study progress in the clinical diagnosis

Objective To analyse the progress of clinical diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to June 2010 were analyzed in 67 patients with uterine scar pregnancy,for clinical diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 67 cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy using color doppler ultrasonography and MRI in the diagnosis of abdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis rate was 91.04%,MRI can clearly show pregnant bursa. Conclusion The cesarean scar pregnancy using color doppler ultrasound and MRI,have certain characteristic,especially MRI imaging findings characteristic is obvious,can be used as the diagnosis and treatment of choice for cutting palace scar pregnancy.
