Abstract

Objective To investigate the (nasal) mask bi-level multi-functional noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,auxiliary treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure role.Methods 40 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure in patients with the merger,divided into conventional treatment group and application of bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of ventilator-assisted group,Record ventilation in each group before and after treatment of blood gas and heart rate (HR) changes.Results The bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilator-assisted ventilation in the treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis indicators returned to normal,and conventional treatment control group difference was significant (P0.01).At the same time,differences between the treatment group were significantly (P0.05).Conclusion Application of multi-function bi-level non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure effect and can significantly improve in patients with PH value of blood gas PaO2,,at the same time can reduce the PaCO2,so that patients with hypoxic ventilatory function and the signs have been significantly improved.
