The Successful Experience and Reference of the US and Japan’s Financial Support on Developing Marine Circular Economy

Ocean is an important strategic resource to achieve our sustainable development of economy, with the application of circular economy ideas to marine economy, we can form the concept and ideas of marine circular economy, which will be abound to become an inevitable choice for the developing mode of our marine economy. Financial system is an important part of economy and its financial support to economic development has gotten a consensus, the marine circular economy's development also cannot survive without financial support. This paper elaborates and analyses the situation of the US and Japan’s financial support to marine circular economic development, then give some suggestions for our country’s financial support on developing marine circular economy.
