Financial Support for Development of Circular Economy in Gansu

Circular economy is based on efficient use of resources and recycling as the core of economic development.Development of circular economy involves many disciplines: technology updates faster;R D investment is huge;equipment and raw materials require higher standard.These will require substantial financial support.In the modern economy,economic activities and financial activities are inseparable.Functioning financial system can effectively promote economic development.However,a unsound financial system will cause a lot of negative impact on economic growth.On December 24,2009,the State Council officially approved the Master Plan of Circular Economy of Gansu Province,and Gansu became the first demonstration area of regional development of circular economy approved by the state,which is truly a breakthrough from theory to practice of circular economy.The author analyzes the financial support for the development of circular economy in Gansu and gives some suggestions.
